Commercial and Business Projects: Windram Miller & Company has considerable experience in the field of commercial and business projects and of assisting clients to bring them to realisation. Over the years we have been involved in many projects in various sectors such as leisure (including inter alia hotels, golf, catering, timeshare, and entertainment centres), security, IT, medical services, financial services and many others. The projects have been variously located, including examples across Europe generally, some specifically in Spain, and others in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the Caribbean, the UK, and the US.

Apart from those commercial and business projects with which we become involved, we see approximately 30 per year which we consider inadequately developed or in some other way incapable of realisation, at least in the form in which they are initially presented to us.

As a company, we have much experience in working with entrepreneurs in helping to turn a good idea into a workable proposal and - often one of the principal purposes - one which will attract the interest of investors or financiers.

Our clients, and their commercial and business projects, are not limited to Spain, though clearly that is an area in which we have special expertise.
