The company's fee scales and terms of busines are available upon request. They include:
- Time-related fees
- Consultancies and retainers (separately negotiated by case)
- Fiscal representation in Spain
- Physical representation in Spain of non-resident director
- Company incorporations
- Property conveyancing
- Supervision of real property interests in Spain
Terms of business
Accounts are normally presented monthly, unless there is prior agreement to some other basis, and are due and payable upon presentation. IVA (Value Added Tax) is charged where required by law. Unpaid accounts attract interest of 1.5% per calendar month and, where necessary, an administration fee in respect of the re-issue of invoices to reflect the addition of such interest. Interest and administration charges are also subject to the addition of IVA where required by law. The company reserves the right to request a provision of funds on account of fees, and to refuse to commence or continue work until such provision has been received.
