Legal services in Spain: Windram Miller is authorised to provide all forms of legal advice and service in Spain. The areas in which we most prefer to exercise this skill include:

• Commercial work, including contract drafting and negotiation, post-contract management and compliance supervision

• Incorporation and establishment of companies, branches and other bodies, both onshore and offshore. Advice on corporate and unincorporated structures. Preparation of Spanish management and compliance documents

• Tax work, including advice on the application and impact of tax law (with special emphasis on Spanish tax law), preparation and presentation of Spanish tax appeals, preparation and submission of requests for rulings

• Property conveyancing, both commercial and private, leases, landlord and tenant, and all other related matters

• Negotiation, drafting, and execution for clients of contracts with architects and builders. Control of contractual payments to builders and to the architectural team

• Representation of clients in Communities of Owners, as fiscal representatives, as physical representatives in Spain of non-resident directors, and generally as attorneys

• Estate planning including preparation of wills

• Preparation of business plans and private placement memoranda, including all authoring and all preparation of financial statements

• Advice and, where appropriate, execution thereof for financial services companies whether product providers or intermediaries, with especial regard to EU directives and national legislation and regulation.
